Who we are
Lone Wolf AI Solutions ("we", "us", "our") is an AI automation agency operating from New Zealand. We can be reached at contact@lonewolfaisolutions.com.
What we collect
We only collect information you give us, or that's needed to deliver our services:
- Contact details — name, email, phone and company when you submit a form, book a call, or sign up.
- Account data — handled by our authentication provider, Clerk.
- Call and message data — if you use our voice agents or chatbots, we process transcripts, recordings and metadata to deliver the service.
- Usage data — anonymised analytics about how you use the site (pages, referrer, device).
- Payment data — handled by Stripe; we do not store card numbers.
How we use it
- Respond to enquiries and deliver services you've requested.
- Operate, maintain and improve our voice agents, chatbots and automations.
- Send service-related emails (receipts, account notices, support replies).
- Comply with our legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
Sub-processors
We use trusted third parties to operate the service. Each handles a specific job:
- Clerk — authentication and account management
- Stripe — payments
- Resend — transactional email
- Twilio — phone numbers, SMS and voice call routing
- OpenAI / Anthropic / Google — AI model providers
- Vercel — hosting
- Neon — database
How long we keep it
We retain personal data for as long as you have an active relationship with us, plus the period required for legal, tax or audit reasons. Call transcripts and recordings are retained according to your account settings (typically 90 days) and can be deleted on request.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- Access a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Correct anything that's wrong
- Delete your data (subject to legal retention requirements)
- Stop receiving marketing emails (use the unsubscribe link or email us)
To exercise any of these, email contact@lonewolfaisolutions.com.
Cookies
We use a small number of cookies for authentication, session management and anonymised analytics. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings; doing so may break account features.
Children
Our services are not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
